FestAdmin is a digital fest management toolkit built for organizers running literature, arts, sports and campus fests. It lets you record results, generate share-ready posters, track team points and publish a live public result page — all from one place.
Not at all. FestAdmin comes with ready-made poster templates. You enter the result, pick a template and the poster is generated instantly. No design software or editor needed.
After signing up, go to your dashboard and click 'Start a Fest'. Choose a plan, fill in the fest name, dates and place, and you're ready to start adding results.
Starter gives you result entry and poster generation with a watermark, using a limited template set. Standard removes the watermark, unlocks all templates, adds automatic point calculations and gives you a live public QR result page.
Currently there is no free trial, but the Starter plan is priced low enough to try FestAdmin for a small unit or block program without a big commitment.
Yes. You can upgrade a fest from Starter to Standard at any time from the fest settings page. Your existing results and templates carry over.
The Pro plan is in active development. It will include advanced public display pages, location maps, schedules and real-time stage updates. You can join the waitlist by contacting us.
There is no hard limit on the number of results or programs you can add to a fest on any plan.
Yes. You can edit any result at any time. After editing, simply regenerate the poster from the updated result.
Posters can be exported as high-resolution PNG images, ready to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or print.
On the Standard plan, each fest gets a unique public URL and QR code. Anyone who scans the QR code can view live results, standings and posters without logging in.
Yes. The public result page is fully accessible without any login. Just share the link or QR code.
