FestAdmin offers per-fest plan purchases. Because our plans unlock digital features immediately upon activation, we follow a limited refund policy as described below. Please read this policy before making a purchase.
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
When you upgrade a fest from Starter to Standard, the upgrade fee is non-refundable once the Standard features have been activated. The original Starter plan fee is also non-refundable at the point of upgrade.
