1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FestAdmin (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizers and visitors of public fest pages.

2. Description of service

FestAdmin is a digital fest management platform that allows organizers to record results, generate result posters, track team points and publish public result pages for festivals, competitions and events. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different feature tiers.

3. Account registration

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@festadmin.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than managing your own fests and events.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute content from the Service without permission.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid plan. By purchasing a plan you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service, including fest data, results and poster designs. By using the Service you grant FestAdmin a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The FestAdmin platform, including its design, code, templates and branding, is owned by FestAdmin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FestAdmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
